🥁 Sunset regulation 🥁
Came to Benirrás for the sunset and somehow ended up staying for hours, hypnotised & dancing the night away. 💃

Talking to people I'd never met before. Dancing my little feet off and not caring what anyone thought!

Listening to the drums.

Watching everyone gather as the sun started to go down. This place is pure MAGIC ✨️✨️

People from all over the world, all doing their own thing, coming together for a few hours to share the same moment, was like something id never experienced before!

No rush.

No one looking at the time.

Just music, connection and that laid-back Ibiza energy.

Maybe it's the frequencies of the drums, as the sun sets & the drumming intensity increases, the energies are out of this world!

Or maybe it's the sea, the sunset, and hundreds of people sharing the same rhythm, but you can
literally feel your breathing slow down and your attention return to the present moment fully!!

This sound session filled my cup & my heart!

An experience i will remember forever 🥁✨️

My darling,

We made it.

Born in 1986, and here you are! 40 years of feeling, changing, stretching, surviving, becoming. 🦋

Thank you to your mind for carrying dreams and doubts, and still staying open. You are inquisitive, empathetic & forever questioning ✨️

Thank you to your body for carrying me through every season. I honour you not for how you looked, but for how you carried me and the babies. Those that are here & those that are not.

Thank you to your heart — for staying open when it would have been easier to close. For loving deeply, for breaking and healing, for trusting again. For teaching me that softness is not weakness and that tenderness has always been one of my greatest strengths.

Thank you to your soul for refusing to stay small. For pushing boundaries. For choosing growth. For beginning again.

At 40, I don’t wish to be younger.

I wish to be kinder. Softer. More present.

What an honour it was to host part of this wonderful optometrist wellbeing event ✨

Together we slowed down, stepped away from the stresses of work, and entered a calm, zen haven through gentle body scan meditation, breathwork, and a deeply restorative sound bath.

Creating space to pause, reset and reconnect is so important — especially for those who spend their days caring for others. Thank you to everyone who joined with such openness and presence 💛

This week I had the pleasure of holding a corporate wellness session for the team at Simply Business as part of their WellFest week — guiding employees through breathwork and meditation sessions designed to create calm, clarity, and connection.

From what I could see these guys had lots going on this week from inspiring talks from & , yummy food from

Delivering the ZEN 🔮

It’s inspiring to see more companies recognising that employee wellbeing is no longer a “nice to have” — it’s essential & i hope more companies start to offer sessions like these.

When people feel supported mentally and emotionally, the ripple effect within a business is powerful:

✨ Clearer thinking and decision making
✨ Reduced stress and burnout
✨ Better communication and collaboration
