October is ADHD Awareness Month 🩵

ADHD is often talked about in stereotypes, but the reality is much more varied. The experiences shown in this graphic are just some of the ways ADHD can present, and everyone’s experience is different.

At Petty Pool in the Community, ADHD is part of everyday life for some of our members, families and staff. We're lucky to see first-hand the creativity, humour, energy, determination and unique perspectives that neurodivergent people bring to our community.

This month is a chance to build understanding, challenge assumptions and remind people that there’s no one-size-fits-all way of thinking, learning or experiencing the world.

We are at Brio Northwich today from 11am to 2pm for the Northwich Community Partnership Health & Wellbeing Event!

Northwich Community Partnership brings together a wide range of local organisations and services, all working towards helping people in the Northwich area live happier and healthier lives.

Shaleen is there alongside Kerrie from Autism Practical Support (APS), so if you're nearby, pop in and say hello and find out more about the services and support we offer. 🩵 💜

Community Lounge October Dates are Now Live 🍂

Looking for a relaxed and welcoming space to connect with others, enjoy good conversation and build friendships? Come along to our Community Lounge sessions, open to all neurodiverse adults and adults with additional needs, aged 18+.

6th October 6pm to 9pm - Chapelford Farm, Warrington
13th October 6pm to 9pm - White Barn, Northwich
20th October 6pm to 9pm - Green Oak Farm, Ellesmere Port
27th October 6pm to 9pm - Chapelford Farm, Warrington

Our sessions rotate every Tuesday between venues and are free to join. Please book onto each individual session you'd like to attend.
