Still thinking about your next steps after college?

Join our Transition into Adulthood drop-in session and meet the Petty Pool in the Community team.

• Learn about our service
• Explore our activities and programmes
• Speak with college staff

Open to all young people transitioning into adulthood. No need to be a Petty Pool College member, and parents and carers are welcome. Tea, coffee and biscuits will be available.

We’re really looking forward to being part of Spring Fair this Saturday at Petty Pool Vocational College!

It’s shaping up to be a brilliant day out, with something for everyone, from fun activities for all ages to a great selection of food and local stalls to explore. Venturewood - Formerly Petty Pool Outdoor Education Centre will also be there, bringing along some adventurous outdoor activities… including their zip wire!

Why not come along, enjoy the atmosphere, and connect with your local community?

We are attending Springfield School’s Futures Evening in Crewe, joined by a range of other organisations who support young people with SEND as they move towards adulthood.

Springfield School are opening their doors to Cheshire East families to support planning for life after school. It’s a great opportunity to explore post‑school options, ask questions, and connect with a range of services.

Drop-in tonight between 4.00–6.30pm at Springfield School, Crewe and have a chat with us!

New Member Applications for 2026/2027 are OPEN! 🌟

At Petty Pool in the Community, we support young adults aged 16+ with learning disabilities to build independence, develop life skills and grow in confidence.

Our programme centres on wellbeing, choice, and meaningful community connections, supporting members to work towards individual goals and positive futures.

Spaces for 2026/2027 are limited and filling up fast, so make sure you secure your place early.

Can you help? 💙

We’re looking for 30 volunteers to join Team Petty Pool at the Essar Chester Half Marathon on Sunday 17 May, 8.30am–1pm.

We’ll be running a water station in Mollington, cheering runners on and bringing our brilliant Petty Pool spirit to the day. You’ll receive a free crew top, goody bag and refreshments as a thank you for helping out!

By volunteering, you’ll also be helping us raise £250 to support opportunities for young people at Petty Pool 💙

If you’re 16+ with learning disabilities or difficulties and looking for a welcoming place to make friends, try new things and build confidence, Petty Pool in the Community could be right for you.

At PPC, you choose how you spend your day, from cooking, shopping and learning new skills, to walks, trips out, cafés, fitness and socialising. Everything we do is member‑led and shaped by what matters to you.

Limited spaces remaining for our Easter Adventure Days at Petty Pool!

Looking for an exciting way to keep the kids active this Easter break? Adventure Days offer a full day of outdoor fun for children aged 6–13.

We welcome young adventurers of all abilities and make sure everyone feels included, supported and has fun!

🗓 Tuesday 7th - Friday 10th April 2026
⏰ 9am - 4pm
💷 £35 per child, per day
📍Location: Venturewood at Petty Pool, Sandiway, Cheshire.

Activities may include:
🌲 High ropes, climbing challenges & zipwire
🛶 Canoeing & raft building
🔥 Bushcraft & campfire cooking
🥾 Local hill walks
🐿 Nature trails & team games
