🔥 Loving the new fire track.

I love using the element of fire with my clients.
Recently used at the beginning of a coaching session with movement to calm my client.

It may seem strange using a higher energy track to calm, but matching energy with the same vibration cancels it out.
So, when a client’s mind is racing, speaking quickly, their energy too high…Fire energy will calm them.
Once we did the fire energy dance my client was calm and then able to speak to me more clearly and of course gain so much more from the session.
🎶 Music is a wonderful tool to use within treatments, coaching, dance, meditation etc
It’s to be used ACTIVELY, not just in the background.
