Could NHS Continuing Healthcare be worth exploring?
One of the questions I am asked most often is:
“Do you think it’s even worth looking into NHS Continuing Healthcare?”
For many individuals and families, the honest answer is that they simply don’t know.
The NHS Continuing Healthcare process can be confusing, and it isn’t always easy to understand whether someone’s needs may be primarily health-related, meaning the NHS could be responsible for funding their care, or whether they are more appropriately met through means-tested social care.
To help people gain a clearer understanding of their situation, I have developed the ARROW FREE CHC Eligibility Indicator.
In around 10 minutes, you’ll complete a structured online questionnaire based on the NHS Continuing Healthcare framework. You’ll then receive a personalised Eligibility Indicator Summary Report by email, providing an independent indication of whether NHS Continuing Healthcare may be worth exploring further.
Please note that this is not an NHS assessment and it can't determine eligibility. It is simply intended to provide a helpful starting point for individuals, families and professionals who are unsure where they stand.
The Eligibility Indicator is completely free to use, and the information you provide is used only to generate your personalised report. It will not be used for marketing purposes, and you won’t receive unwanted follow-up emails.
If you think it might be helpful, you can find it here:
