Namaste, I just thought I should say hi and let you beautiful beings know a little about myself. I now live and work in Norwich after 30 years of living in France so I still feel more French than English some of the time!
I have spent a lot of time in India where i studied Reiki and that was where my love of AYURVEDA was born. Reiki has been a vibrant feather in my cap ever since.Here in Norwich I’ve definitely found a shift towards preventative rather than curative, my clients and I often agree on a recipe of a combo of treatments that work together and unlock the self healing potential. Your life balance is the root of what we look for together.
We find that a door opens and a new chapter begins, whether one is stuck in the dark and struggling to find the light or the familiar old trauma being triggered again with no tools to deal with it.
If you are looking for direction, to reduce stress or need help with anxiety, then we can work it out together.

The dates for my Forest Retreat are now live and spaces are open for booking. I only have a limited amount of space (maximum 9) so if you are interested let me know so I can secure your place.

The workshops will take place around Norfolk in various forests.

Weekend 1: 25th & 26th of May
Weekend 2: 15th & 16th of June
Weekend 3: 6th & 7th of July
