Reiki is a gentle, non‑invasive energy healing practice that works with the universal life force energy flowing through all living things. It’s a Japanese technique for relaxation, stress reduction, and supporting the body’s natural ability to heal and restore balance.

At Moonstone Therapies your session is held in my calm and peaceful space in the heart of Norwich. Lying comfortably in my candlelit treatment room, I will guide you through your spiritual experience which is perfect for those seeking gentle support, reconnection or a moment of stillness in busy life.

I include a chakra balance in my Reiki sessions at no additional cost, as I feel this further enhances the treatment.

The modern world constantly asks us to rush, juggle work, family, social events and the everyday activities of daily life. We're bombarded with advertising, social media and the pressures of having the latest technology, perfect home, newest car etc. No wonder we can feel stressed, anxious, overwhelmed or burnt out.

Reiki reminds us that there is great healing to be found in peace and stillness. The quiet moments you give yourself are not empty - they are filled with restoration, clarity, and healing energy. There should be no guilt or shame in being still or taking time to switch off from the world around you.

It's ok to take a moment, slow down, disconnect from your surroundings. You'll find there is healing energy within you - you just need to be still, breathe deeply and practice gratitude 💜🌙✨️
