Last night, a small but wonderful group of us gathered beneath the May new moon to share a journey through gentle, restorative and transformative sounds. ✨

By the end of the evening I was feeling so deeply relaxed that I promptly dropped my phone and smashed the screen 😂 so I’m typing this through a haze of cracked glass and hoping there aren’t too many errors!

I wanted to keep today’s post simple, just to say how lucky I feel to share these sound meditations regularly, and to keep meeting and welcoming back the most wonderful people you could ever hope to meet.

Yesterday’s inspiration was the willow, the tree of the month in the tree calendar 🌿 A tree of softness and strength, of bending without breaking, of deep roots and quiet resilience.

🌕🌸 Pink Moon Soundbath 🌸🌕

What a gentle and geartening evening it was. I felt so lucky to welcome five completely new (and utterly lovely) souls into the space. There is something really special about new energy joining the gathering.

The Pink Moon invites a soft release of what no longer serves us, a quiet letting go, and a making space for what is ready to arrive. Even though the pink phlox that gives this moon her name doesn’t grow natively here, nature is still speaking so clearly. The fresh green of willow, alder and horse chestnut is everywhere right now, full of renewal and hope. Willow, the tree of April, felt especially present in that energy of flexibility, release and flow.

We were blessed with a clear enough sky to see the moon in her fullness and beauty. I had took a moment at the end of the night in the countryside to stand beneath her in stillness and unadulterated dark skies, before returning to the city with a very full car and, by the end of the evening, a very full heart. 💜💜

Thank you so much to everyone who shared this space. Your presence was deeply valued, and it’s always an honour to hold that space for you.

The next Brooke soundbath will be on 31st May, under the energy of the Blue Moon. I would love to welcome you there. 💙🌕✨

🌿✨What a glorious equinox it has been ✨🌿

Vernal Frequencies last night felt quietly magical. Such a joy to pause and mark the turning of the season with a room full of gorgeous souls. I’m always a little lost for words trying to express the warmth and quiet gratitude I feel for those who trust me to hold space for their rest, softness and wellbeing. It's something I never take lightly

In a small twist of fate I missed Zack Polanski and the Green Party by just a few hours at Eaton Park. This was somehow completely off my radar! But in honour of that near-meeting, and the vibrant energy of the Vernal Equinox, the crystal bowls were glowing the most beautiful emerald green last night.

As mentioned in my guided meditation, I've included a photo of my first tulip in the garden. 🌷
Here’s to new growth, fresh energy, and gentle unfolding, both in nature and within ourselves.
