The first of our Outdoor Yoga & PYO Flowers evenings .blooms is coming up next Thursday and we are so excited!

These are a perfect excuse for a get together with your friends, or an excuse to escape to the countryside for some peace and quiet for the evening.

Each session includes an all levels yoga class, followed by a cup of tea to enjoy whilst wandering the flower fields and picking your own posey to take home.

These are the perfect mix of fun and relaxing, a real celebration of the British summertime (pray for sunshine!)

* RESTORATIVE YOGA SPECIAL **

This month, I honestly just thought, it's halfway through the year, we could all do with a rest - who is with me?

Therefore, June's RESET session on Saturday 13th 9.30 - 11, will be 20 - 30 minutes of very gentle stretching and easing in, followed by a FULL HOUR of restorative yoga.

We'll be using bolsters, blankets, blocks, eye pillows - you name it, to support the body, bringing ease and comfort to in turn encouraging a state of deep, full rest.

This practice offers an experience to be absorbed, welcomed and received. We are not working toward anything, nor is this practice designed to change or challenge us physically. It's there to welcome a chance to simply be still, be ourselves and be present.

I believe this practice is SO IMPORTANT that I'm also offering a little gift.

JUNE CLASSES

I don't know about you but after the HEAT of last week, I'm in 2 minds. Half of me wants to spend 100% of my time outside basking in the sun, and the other half wants to hide somewhere cool for a much needed rest.

So this month, I'm offering you a chance to do both.

First, we start the month with the Monthly RESET class, which will be a RESTORATIVE special. This class is designed to soothe your nervous system and give a sense of peace and renewal. 30 minutes very gently stretching and movement to ease you in and then a full 60 minutes Restorative yoga.

Later in the month, I have 2 exciting events, teaming up with my friend Louisa .blooms to celebrate the best of the great British outdoors with both an evening flower picking and outdoor yoga session, and a half day event with floristry, saunas, yoga and cold plunge.
