Sat chillin and reflecting after a wonderful weekend at LizianEvents Newark well being show in the calm and relax vibe that is FIKA with a latte, and delicious vegan sausage roll, I might have even treated myself to a cake to take home 😉

I feel so uplifted and postive after the weekend I have had.
I was busy both day's, met some lovely people, had some wonderful stand neighbours and spent time with the wonderful Lizian community.

Thank you everyone who supported my business this weekend, it was a pleasure to carry out treatments on those of you that had them, and chat to those of you that chose to purchase some wellbeing and esoteric gifts, or just came to say hello.

I love what I do, and without you all I wouldn't be doing it.

Special thanks go out to Liz, Ian, Rob and Kath (did i get it right this time? Lol) and everyone behind the scenes at Lizian event for all the work and support you show me and my business. It is as always very much appreciated.

Huge thanks also go out to Helen at Labour of love and her sister Lesley for their help and support this weekend.

Totally shattered after an early start, and a wonderful first day at Newark Showground for the LizianEvents Well Being Show.

Thank you to my lovely stand neighbours, Lucy and Molly of STORY Clinics Southwell, the skin analysis was really interesting.

Thank you to all of my customers today, I have really enjoyed carrying out treatments for you, and interacting with you.

I hope you have all had a lovely day, and enjoyed the community that we are all part of as much as I have.

I am looking forward to doing all again tomorrow.

I am super excited to announce this...

Not only do I have the wonderful events that I am attending in September.

In October, I will, for the first time, be at Mansfield Mind Body and Spirit Show.

I usually visit this event myself purely because, as with all LizianEvents, there are therapies, retail, and an array of talks.

This is an event I have been hoping to attend for some time as an exhibitor, so I am super excited about this one.
