Everything is Energy and the science of Quantum Physics is now offering conclusive evidence of this most basic fact of our universe.

It's such a huge concept and the implications are massive. Though, it'll give you quite a headache if you try to make complete sense of it I'm sure. It's not something that many people really think about, but it explains the basics of our existence especially when you mix in the spirituality aspect into it.

Well, once you understand that everything is energy, you can then begin to understand that we are only perceiving an illusion of separation.

Even though our limited 5 senses may tell us differently, everything IS connected.

There is just energy, some call it source energy, and that's all there is and it comes in many different, and constantly changing, forms and vibrational frequencies. The differences are how energies interact with each other.

Energy interacts with everything all the time in ways you can't ever see, but often you can sense with your feelings. We are all familiar with referring to our physical energy or emotions which is actually "energy in motion", pretty cool right?

Humans have the unique ability and gift of consciously controlling our thoughts. We have choice and free will and the ability to direct our energy consciously. However, it's a pretty small % compared to how much of what we vibrate is actually unconscious thought.

Our thoughts create a very real and specific vibration (whether we are aware of it or not) and that energy will seek out it's vibrational match. Just like when you ping a tuning fork, it will cause another nearby object of the same frequency to match it's vibration and then they are in vibrational harmony with one another.

Everything comes with it's own vibration and all energy vibrates.

There are several benefits of gratefulness and some of them are explained below:

1. Improves psychological health

Numerous studies have shown that grateful people are more likely to be happier in their lives than others. Being grateful allows us to become nicer, more appreciative and more social. Thus, it helps us to deepen our existing social relationships, make new connections with people and also improve our social skills.

2.Improves emotional health

Studies have shown that when we experience gratitude, it tends to foster positive feelings in us which in turn contributes to our overall sense of well-being. It increases our overall life satisfaction, reduces signs of depression and also helps to prevent anxiety.

3.Improves physical health

A 2010 study found that grateful people are more physically healthy than others. Studies have also shown that being grateful can reduce symptoms of diseases, improve quality of sleep, decrease pain and even improve heart health.

4. Helps build personality

People who are grateful are more likely to be more optimistic than others. They also are less materialistic and tend to enjoy the simple things in life. It also allows us to focus on areas that need improving and strengthens our will power.

5. Boosts self-esteem

Gratitude prevents us from engaging in social comparison, and makes us appreciative of what other people have achieved. This in turn, helps to build up our self-esteem.

Coping With Stress As an HSP
Finding ways to cope with life's stress can be particularly helpful if you tend to have a more sensitive personality. Much of your stress relief plan as a highly sensitive person can involve insulating yourself from too many stimuli. Put a barrier between you and sensory stimuli that feel overwhelming. Know what triggers stress in you, and learn to avoid these things.

Add positivity by creating positive experiences in your schedule to insulate you from additional stress you may encounter.

Avoid stressors like slasher movies and people who sap your positive energy, make heavy demands on you, or make you feel bad about yourself.

Learn to say no to overwhelming demands and feel OK with it, and create a perimeter in your life.
