This is going to be EPIC 🔥

Loz and Al, who many of you know as core pillars of our community, are bringing us the next set. Loz and Al have been team for Ecstatic Dance Nottingham way before I even started hosting, with Al being the resident sound assistant. They know vibe. This is not to be missed!

🎶 They will be bringing underground vibes, with a journey exploring acceptance and oneness through multi genre music. Expect rave, dubstep, jungle, techno and more, as the set spans across various decades.

For a while something has been coming through about how we can explore different textural qualities somatically and through dance. What does dancing vibration, a spiral, gravity, spaciousness, pulsation, liquid or elastic feel like?

Normally, our dance is split into 3 parts, something elemental or that of a hero’s journey. This will be the same, but our 3 sections will invitations:

What weighs?

What moves?

What opens?

Come and explore. No experience required.

Back in bizzzznezzz on the 4th September ✨🌀

We will be exploring the life cycle of a flower, beginning the journey as a seed, transitioning through the depth and darkness of the soil, and emerging as a fully stemmed and blooming flower 🌷

See ya there dancers 😎
