Good afternoon you beautiful yogis, I hope you are all having a wonderful bank holiday in the sunshine?

I would like to offer some advice for safe and enjoyable practice this week for Yogis attending class.

Try to eat a light meal at least 2hrs prior to class commencing.

Stay hydrated throughout the day, and practice.

Wear loose, light, airy clothing.

When using your breath exhale through the mouth for faster, more beneficial cooling.

Remember the heat can allow the muscles to be more relaxed, therefore do not over stretch ease in slowly.

Listen to your body and take extra resting poses if necessary.

Finally, enjoy Savasana you will have earned it 🙏

This will be a fantastic opportunity to meditatively immerse yourself in sound which is deeply relaxing, reducing stress reaching physical and emotional equilibrium.
This is likely to be a Sunday evening event at a cost of approx £25.
