Thank you SO much to everyone who came along to my first class at The Venue last night 🥹🤎

I’m honestly so chuffed with the space. It feels like such a perfect fit for me and my classes, somewhere that I can create the kind of yoga experience I love teaching.

And tonight had such a lovely feel to it. Great energy, lovely people and just a really nice atmosphere in the room. I genuinely enjoyed every minute 🫶🏼

I’m so excited for this little Tuesday evening yoga community to grow!

2022 TIMETABLE

Welcoming in 2022 with a new timetable
There is some changes, some classes that I took on last year have gone BUT there is a few extra classes 💃🏽

I’m currently transitioning my classes to Sheffield with some more to come in February (I’ll keep you updated - it’s very exciting!)

I will be staying at Hotpod Yoga Mansfield and I have taken on 2 more Thursday classes there too🥰😁
So for all of you lot in the Nottinghamshire area this is where you can flow with me every week! Feel free to message me if you want more information on the pod ❤️

EXCITING ANNOUNCEMENT 📣🤩

Guess where I’ll be teaching from the 16th of September? 👀

Every Thursday @ 7:30pm I’ll be teaching at Hot Pod Yoga Pleasely!

Excited is an understatement.

The pod is a massive part of my yoga journey. It’s where I first felt like I properly connected to my yoga practice. The pod was my second home at one point and the place where I had the “ding dong” moment of maybe I could become a yoga teacher one day too. So this really is a dream come true & a complete 360!

The vibe is like no other. Flowing in an inflatable pod, low purple lighting, 37 degrees heat with essential oils and funky music - I mean 😍

If you would like to flow with me in the pod, you can book via the app, every Thursday from September the 16th @ 7:30 - 8:30pm. See you there 😁🥳
