I signed a friend's copy so if I do ever really get famous she can sell it on eBay and buy herself a new van 😂

Using a smoke stick I made with native herbs: Herb Robert, wormwood & fennel. All good for exorcising evil and demons (which are sometimes just our own anxiety) and protection.

I had the BEST time at Rooted festival Kordia Events last weekend. This was my first time tarot reading at a festival like this and I loved it. So many beautiful messages came through and the angelic presence was strong (the angels cards kept summing up the readings perfectly!)
I also got the opportunity to sing harmonies with Ian Jamieson at his medicine song workshop and jam around a campfire at night.
Oh and soooo much yummy vegan food! Plus we discovered Yukka has her own theme song thanks to BFriendly
What a magical experience!

Every day I am living my dreams!
I'm in a period of big change and transition and taking scary steps towards some big dreams but it's also important for me to slow down and realise what's already so good in my life.
What are you grateful for today that you once only dreamed of?

Inner child healing isn't all sunshine and rainbows. It requires deep honesty, excavation, sensitivity and the ability to develop trust between your adult self and the inner child.
But there was definitely a period where I was very caught up in the "hard work" of it all. I was approaching my own healing journey like a critical parent would - all work and no play.
We need to find that balance. Too much intense deep inner healing work in a short space of time can lead to burnout just as easily as working a 70hr week. Those moments of integration when we're frolicking in nature or playing are just as important.
If you'd like support with your inner child healing journey I'd love to help. Book a free taster coaching session with me via LINK IN BIO or visit www.cosmickatspirit.com
