I just want to say a heartfelt thank you to all who joined us today at Shipley Parish Room for our first ever wellness day 'Permission to Pause' 🫶

A day filled with beautiful positive energy, excited chatter, laughter, lovely people and of course tea & cake ❤️

Thank you all for supporting us, it made our first event very special and we are now looking to host further events in the future ✨️
