⭐️ So excited to announce! ⭐️

New Clubbercise with Rachel Nottingham class starting Monday, 6-7.30pm at The Bulwell Academy! 🥳 We will have an hours Clubbercise and some time afterwards to chat/ discuss/ debate the world of caring for a loved one 🥰

This class is FREE for 10 weeks and open to the public, would be great to see my fellow SEND parents & carers so please pass on if you know anyone that might be interested 🙏🏾🥰🙌🏾

💕 A topic close to my heart- Parenting a SEND child or being a carer for a loved one, can be a journey filled with so much love, but it's also crucial to remember to fill your own cup! ☕️ Self-care isn't selfish, it's essential for being the best caregiver you can be ❤️

Taking time for yourself helps combat isolation and recharges your batteries. Think of it as a pit stop to refuel before you continue on the road. 🚗

You deserve to feel supported and energized too! ✨ ❤️
