🌟 A little glimpse into this evening's 1:1 reiki session set up 🌟

And boy did it feel good to be back doing a 1:1 reiki session again 🙏 🔥 THIS is what I love doing 🙏💜

💜 And Big changes since I was last doing reiki for others of which both myself and my client noticed. Integrating what I have learnt from the soundbath training, including a new guided meditation layered with the sound of the beautiful singing bowls to ease the client into utter calmness before feeling the reiki energy flowing through their body 🥰 The combo worked perfectly 🙏

⭐ We will be bringing you a multi dimensional sound bath journey with a mix of masculine and feminine energy using a multitude of instruments⭐

🎶 Join us for an hour of pure relaxation and reset where we will use our instruments to take you on a magical journey of sound 🎶

I thought it would be good to show a picture of who is behind this page 👀

So we are Wayne & Kim, husband & wife duo , Hi 👐 . We now facilitate multidimensional soundbaths together locally to Bingham. We use a multitude of instruments to create a magical journey of sound together. With two facilitators working together, it means we can bring the sound close to you, it means we can layer the sounds to create a truly magical unique experience. With being a husband & wife duo, we create a balanced blend of male & female energy in the room.

For us as soundbath practitioners, we know how important it is for people to feel safe and held whilst they surrender to utter relaxation. With us working together, it means we can make sure each and every person feels held whilst they let go and experience the deep immersive journey of sound.

Kim is also reiki attuned so this is another service that Kim can offer on a one to one basis or as a small group. Reiki has a multitude of benefits including : Deep relaxation, to help Lower stress and anxiety. It is known to aid with better sleep quality, to help with general emotional balance and to help with tension /pain within the body .

🧘‍♀️✨ The End of One Chapter, The Beginning of Our Next ✨🧘‍♀️

Well, yesterday marked a huge milestone for us Wayne Singleton .. our last ever sound bath training weekend! 🥹 We have just one final piece left to do—assisting alongside Chris & Lu at their upcoming event—but otherwise, we are officially ready to facilitate our very own multi-dimensional sound baths! 🎉

Yesterday was a complete mixed bag of emotions. The main one was definitely a deep sadness that these training days are over. I have thoroughly enjoyed every single minute of this year—even the moments where I was pushed right out of my comfort zone !

There were times when Chris was met with a very firm "NO" from me. 🙈 Sorry, Chris! Well... actually, I’m not sorry at all! 😂 Because those exact moments marked a massive turning point for me in asserting my own boundaries—something I never really knew how to do before as a lifelong people-pleaser.That is probably one of the biggest takeaways I have from these past 12 months of intensive training. Each instrument and each teaching has unveiled a personal block, giving me an area to work through, heal, and grow through.

Planning, writing, and delivering my very own practical sound bath yesterday was definitely an anxious moment for me. I have never done well with exam-type scenarios! The pressure of putting everything I’ve learnt this past year into delivering a "good enough" session felt heavy at first.But that brought another major turning point for me: "good enough" is just that—it is good enough. I don't need to chase perfection anymore. Expecting perfection was just an old habit that set me up for failure, which is another huge milestone I have learnt about myself this year!

So much gratitude for this journey, this experience and what I have I learnt not just musically but about myself 🙏💖🔥 Chris is an exceptional teacher with so much knowledge but I'll do another post just about my journey on this course soon ⭐

🕊️✨Roll on the 6th of September when we will be assisting Chris Nicolson and Louise Maskill , and then we move forward to launch our very own independent sound baths locally! 🔥🙏🥁
