Did you know there are FREE weekly fitness sessions taking place across Nottinghamshire as part of Nottingham Forest Foundation’s Healthy Goals programme?

Women’s Fitness Collective UK CIC is proud to be working with Nottingham Forest Foundation to help deliver these sessions and make getting active more accessible, welcoming and enjoyable. 🙌

I'm so excited to welcome Lauren from Mums on the Move as our guest speaker at our next Baby Fayre networking event in Belper!

Lauren will be joining us to talk about Building a Community, not just a Customer Base — sharing the Mums on the Move journey, how they’ve created a genuine community around what they do and some of the lessons other family-focused businesses can take into their own businesses.

Because when you work with children and families, it’s about so much more than making a sale. It’s about building relationships, creating trust and finding your people. ✨

Alongside Lauren’s guest session, there’ll be plenty of time to:

As it’s Bank Holiday Monday, we’re opening this one up as a family walk! Bring partners, older children, grandparents — whoever you fancy — and come along for some fresh air and good company. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

🌿 Friday 4th — Colwick Country Park
Back to our usual Mums on the Move walk — prams, babies, toddlers and mums all welcome. 🧡

As always, we’ll be keeping a close eye on the weather and will update everyone if we need to make any changes. ☔️☀️

No pressure. No judgement. Just getting out, moving our bodies and finding our people. 🫶
