Monday is the deadline for sending in your expression of interest for my next course at The Dorothy Parkes Centre.

These sessions are for those living with or caring for people with health conditions such as cardiovascular disease and type 2 diabetes.

They would also be suitable for people trying to reduce their risk of getting these conditions.
