🌿 HORMONES & KINESIOLOGY 🌿

Your hormones affect so much more than just your cycle…

They can impact your mood, sleep, energy, digestion, skin, stress levels and emotional wellbeing too.

When the body is under stress, out of balance or stuck in “survival mode”, hormones can struggle to work the way they should.

✨ Kinesiology helps by supporting the body as a whole: • Reducing stress on the nervous system

• Identifying emotional & energetic imbalances
• Supporting adrenal health
• Encouraging balance within the body naturally

Every session is different and gently uncovers another layer of what your body is holding onto đź’š

Your body wants balance — sometimes it just needs support getting there.

That sharp heel pain first thing in the morning…it’s not just your foot.

Plantar fasciitis is often linked to tension, overload and how your body is coping overall.

When the body is under stress, it shows up physically.

Kinesiology looks at the bigger picture —
supporting the body to release tension, restore balance and reduce strain.

And small things like acupressure points can really help in between sessions.

Save this to try later đź’š

đź’š 555 Portalđź’š

The 555 portal is often spoken about as a time of change…but not the kind you force.

The kind that happens when you finally let go of what no longer fits.

đź’«Old patterns.
đź’«Old emotions.
đź’«Old versions of you.

It can feel uncomfortable…
like things are shifting beneath your feet.
But that’s not something going wrong. That’s something moving.

Your body, your energy, your awareness, all asking for something new.

You don’t have to rush it.
You don’t have to have it all figured out.

Just notice what’s coming up…
and be willing to meet it.
That’s where the real shift begins 💚

You’re not broken…
even if it feels that way sometimes.

So many of the people I work with come in feeling like something is “wrong” with them.
Overwhelmed, anxious, exhausted… stuck in patterns they can’t seem to shift.

But your body isn’t working against you. It’s always trying to restore balance.

Sometimes it just needs a bit of support to release what’s been held onto for too long.

Kinesiology works with the body, not against it…
gently helping to uncover and clear what’s underneath.

You don’t need fixing.
You just need the right support đź’š

ADHD is more than what you see.

When people think of ADHD, they often think of being hyper, fidgeting or “not concentrating.”
But that’s just the tip of the iceberg.

Under the surface there can be:
✨ Anxiety
✨ Overwhelm
✨ Emotional highs and lows
✨ Sleep struggles
✨ Executive dysfunction
✨ Rejection sensitivity
✨ Hyperfixation
✨ Difficulty switching tasks

It’s not about being “lazy” or “bold.”
It’s a nervous system that’s working overtime.

From a kinesiology perspective, we look beyond the label. We work with the body and nervous system to identify stress patterns, emotional overload and energetic imbalances that may be contributing to symptoms.
Neuroenergetic Kinesiology can help to:
🌿 Calm the stress response
🌿 Support emotional regulation
🌿 Improve focus and clarity
🌿 Reduce overwhelm
🌿 Support better sleep

Every person with ADHD is unique. The goal isn’t to “fix” them — it’s to support their system so they can feel more balanced, grounded and in control.

There is always more beneath the surface 🤍ADHD is more than what you see.

That “gut feeling” isn’t just a saying.

Your gut and your mind are constantly communicating.
So when your gut is off… your emotions can feel off too.

You might notice:
đź’«Anxiety that comes out of nowhere
đź’«Bloating or discomfort
đź’«A constant uneasy feeling
It’s not in your head — it’s in your body.

In kinesiology, we work with the gut-brain connection to calm the nervous system and support the body in letting go of stored stress.

Sometimes when the gut settles… so does the mind 💚

đź’«Setting boundaries can feel strange at the start.đź’«

If you’re used to saying yes, keeping everyone happy, or putting other people first, it can feel uncomfortable to suddenly say no or speak up for what you need.

You might feel guilty or worry about how others will react.

But boundaries aren’t about shutting people out. They’re about taking care of your own energy and wellbeing.

When something is new, it can feel unnatural at first. But the more you practice setting small boundaries, the easier it becomes.

Over time it starts to feel less uncomfortable and more like self-respect.

Sometimes protecting your peace is exactly what you need. 🌿

The Gut–Brain Connection ✨

Your gut feels what your mind carries.
Stress.
Unspoken emotion.
Overwhelm.

It doesn’t just stay in your thoughts — it settles in the body.
The gut and brain are deeply connected through the nervous system. So when you’ve been in survival mode for too long, your digestion can feel it.
In kinesiology, we gently support the body to feel safe again.

When the nervous system softens,
the gut can soften too đź’š
