Having completed Level 2 Gym Instructor course, I am now pushing for my level 3 Personal Trainer!

I can do group sessions and help with Nutrition...

So I finally got round to laying the floor after the concrete had set, I laid out the plastic membrane and started on the frame... this was a tricky part as the base was far from perfect!! 😅 so needed to support the floor with stubs of wood to level it all out!!
Managed to work my way round and level it all out best I could and then time to put insulation in the floor and lay my osb 25mm floor plus the back wall which was so hard by myself i just managed
