Denial is like a dis-ease that eats away at you.

It corrodes your sense of trust in yourself and therefore everything in your world.

It creates chronic tension and unrest.

You feel it in your body, you hear it in your thoughts and see it in your choices.

I used to burden myself with extra stress for others - because I could carry it.
Because I had the strength, the resilience and the endurance.

But at what price?

Burnout
Anxiety
Silent resentment…

And the loneliness I felt that no one was there to carry the load for me.

It took its toll.

I felt like my own dreams were always pushed to the bottom of the list.
There were no choices - just constant demands, expectations, and a familiar overwhelm that remained constant.

Until I stopped.

I stopped saying yes when I meant no.
I began to prioritise myself - and watched as my energy, mood, and relationships began to shift.

I used my voice.
I spoke my truth.
I set clear boundaries.
And something softened in me.

I began to relax.
To create.
To listen to my own needs.
To walk my own path.

And life became more fulfilling.
Not because it got easier - but because I got clearer.

I heard I was too much, so I learnt to suppress.
I learnt vulnerability was rejected, so I masked up.

When I did speak up, I erupted.
My words still held no power.

It took me to a place I had to crawl out from.

I found people who could hear me, who could hold me, with understanding and compassion.

This was the medicine, this is how I found myself and how I can now live in a way, that supports my wellbeing and desires.

I was woken up 20 years ago about the system and how it works. I cared so passionately I studied a degree about it.

I was outraged.

Yet I realised I had to channel that sacred anger into something USEFUL

Healers are the new generals, the leaders of change.

They are the ones who are dismantling the system from the inside out.

That actually HAS POSITIVE impact on the collective.

No spreading more fear and anger - which just aids the powers that be and misses the point completely.

These healers COMMAND change - by directly affecting the field, we are all connected to.

There is a reason high level intelligence services use the skills we also teach - they know very well they are real and effective to use - they don’t want you to know though…

Be the change you want to see in the world, stop playing into their hands and learn to use the tools they hide from you 🔥
