Tomorrow marks the beginning of something very close to my heart.
For the past 9 years, I have supported my son through severe mental health challenges, hospital admissions and many difficult times. Throughout that journey, I often felt alone, exhausted and without the support that families and carers so desperately need.
That is why I have created this group.
A safe, confidential and supportive space where families, carers and loved ones can come together, share experiences, talk openly, listen, or simply sit with others who truly understand.
You don't have to explain yourself.
You don't have to have all the answers.
You don't even have to talk if you don't want to.
Just come as you are.
