Your fitness plan shouldn’t completely fall apart because you’ve had a s**t week.
Work runs late. Kids get ill. Sleep goes out the window. Suddenly the gym, meal prep and 10,000 steps feel like another full-time job.
That’s why I build flexibility into the plans I give people.
Not every week needs to be your best week.
Sometimes success looks like:
* Two shorter workouts instead of four.
* Easy meals instead of Sunday meal prep.
* A realistic step target instead of chasing 10k.
* Getting straight back to normal after an unplanned day.
The aim isn’t to be perfect when life is easy.
It’s to keep making progress when life isn’t.
Save this for your next chaotic week.
