As a bioscientist, I truly believe what happens in the first 90 minutes of your day matters more than most people realise.

You don’t need to optimise every minute β€” these are just the biologically supportive non-negotiables I try to tick off most mornings.

And just as importantly, I want to enjoy my mornings β€” having time to slowly drink a coffee with a loved one, or just do something I enjoy, rather than rushing out the door.
