It’s beautiful here again today as I sit next to the pool that’s supplied by fresh spring water.

A different backdrop today, of late I’ve felt less connected but today in the rainforest, waking up to the sound of bird song and flowing water I feel entirely different.

If you feel a connection to this card, you’re being invited to find your peace.

Is there a part of you or an emotion that you’ve mislabelled, perhaps you’re mourning an old relationship and forgetting about the worry and the rows. Maybe you sometimes feel lonely but don’t notice the inner contentment.

This is a distance energy therapy, similar in feel to Reiki. We meet on Zoom for two 25-minute sessions across two days.

Day one focuses on grounding and clearing:
