When we work with clients we are always looking for exercises that suit them as an individual.
There really is no one size fits all with exercise prescription, particularly when working with additional needs, customisation and adaption are key 🔑

It can be easily replicated and tracked for progression ✅
The ticked boxes above arnt just things we look for as coaches , it’s a two way conversation with the client to find out what they like about an exercise too.
That conversation is the best way to find out if a exercise is good for your client too, simply by asking ‘how does this feel for you’ can give so much information on where you need to go next with your adaptations (or potentially not) 😁
