Oscar explaining what he thinks about when performing the lat pull down 🔥

Although this is video is all about having a laugh with Oscar , what it underpins is really important…

Oscar is only 13 but he’s beginning to learn and understand the fundamentals of how to safely navigate gym machines with his Cerebral Palsy and learning how to control movements to get the most out of them 💪

Not only this but he’s having fun along the way, meaning that we are hopefully developing a life long habit, that will be incredibly beneficial to him as he ages ☺️
