Good morning! 🌞Join us for a cuppa and some great company in Drop-In from 9.30am. Also, this morning, we’ll be making pieces for our Drop-In Tree using crochet, sewing, and knitting. Whether you’ve been crafting for years or just fancy giving it a go, this is a welcoming space to learn, share skills and spend time together 🪡🧶
Pantry Plus will be open 10-2 today, pop down and pick up a bargain!
Our Fairer Renfrewshire panel meets at 12.30 today, and this evening our Young Men’s Group get together to support positive mental health.

This afternoon, our artist-in-residence, Britta, will be here with Candid Chanters creative writing group, a relaxed and welcoming space to explore writing, share ideas and find your voice 🗣️ Whether you’re scribbling a few lines, working on something bigger or just fancy giving it a go, there’s no pressure, just good company, creativity and a chance to connect through words 📚
Pantry Plus will be open from 12.30-6 this afternoon, and Paisley Men’s Shed from 11- 1.

Our volunteers give so much to STAR Project, without them we wouldn’t be able to do what we do. A big thank you to each one of you, you’re all super STARs! 🌟

⭐ Wand-erful work in progress! ⭐

Last Wednesday, the fab artist, Jane McInally,, moved us on from preparing our super sparkly banner to creating wooden STAR wands for the Sma’ Shot Day Parade! 🙌✨

We’re fair getting through our parade preparations, with a growing collection of beautiful handmade wands ready to add a bit of STAR sparkle to the day.

We’re also working on a few extra special creative surprises for oor stall at the end of the parade. We’re no giving away any spoilers just yet… 👀🤣

We cannae wait! 🫶⭐

We're grateful to receive funding support from Garfield Weston Foundation across our services. This includes our Community Fridge and Pantry Plus food initiatives. Pantry Plus offers a local, affordable way to eat well for at least 40% less than the cheapest supermarket👍Our friendly staff and volunteers are happy to chat recipes, weekly meal deals, and signpost to our other services which improve wellbeing, inspire hope, and help build more connected and resilient communities ✨

This World Hunger Day, we want to highlight the essential work being done across the UK to ensure food reaches the people who need it most. 💚We're proud to support many partners - including Leeds North and West Foodbank, Chesterfield Food Bank and West Lothian Foodbank - whose dedicated work helps individuals and families experiencing food poverty. Thank you for making a difference every day.🙏
