Run today for PICU 💞
57 Slower than last year which I will of course beat myself up over for many hours probably even days 😂 But I Will Take The Wins ..
Vo2 Max shot Up To 41 (Top 10% Of My Age Group 🤗)
Uphill PR (A Whole 8 Seconds Off 😂)
But My Biggest Win Is Two People Thanking Me For Motivating Them, A Complete Stranger Gave Me A Hug For Getting Her Up The Hill At The End 🤗

Next Sunday 6 of us run the Utilita Bowl 10k to raise Money for a much needed ambulance for Picu who support children in intensive care. Watching everyone training to be able to support this charity has been inspiring, Good Luck to you all Ward van Gorkum, Maisie, Charlotte, Mark and Adam, whatever happens on the day you should all be so proud of yourself.
Thank you to all the Staff at the Hilton Utilitia bowl that have had to put up with us constantly talking about times, PB`s, trainers, watches, Strava, routes, hills and so much more 😂

So my sister asked me what I wanted to do on my 50th Birthday thinking I'd say a chilled Spa Day etc..Um No !!! 😂 Sky dive please 🙋🏻‍♀️
I couldn't have wished for a clearer sky in between days of rain, I was so lucky, the view of the Isle Of Wight was amazing,
such an experience, I felt like Mary Poppins 💞
