Blood cancer changes everything. Whether you’re living with it, have been through it, supporting someone you love, or remembering someone you’ve lost - this month is for you.

For the moments blood cancer has changed.
For the moments research has helped make possible.
And for all the moments still to come.

We are so blessed to have a centre like this is Pembroke Dock, where you can come and leave your worries and troubles at the front door. You can have time to think, seek clarity, get help, and heal your mind, body and soul.

There isn't a right or wrong way to feel when you're affected by blood cancer. Some days you might feel ok, other days overwhelmed, angry, scared, or simply exhausted. Maybe the occasional moment of joy or hope surprises you. You may feel all of those emotions in the same day.

Whatever you're feeling, give yourself permission to feel it. Be gentle with yourself. You're navigating something that most people never have to face.
