We’re over halfway through the year already – how are you feeling about it 🤗? So much can happen in six months, and sometimes it’s easy to forget just how far you’ve come.

At the start of this year I was out of target and feeling a bit rubbish… it’s taken a lot to post this first photo but it helps to look back sometimes. I got myself back on track by putting myself a bit further up the list, went back to a regular group and I was soon in control again and feeling so much better!!!

Whether you’ve made big changes or you’re just starting to think about it, this is your reminder that there’s still so much time ahead 🙌!

Imagine how you could feel by the end of the year with the right support around you ❤️. You could be rocking that slinky black dress at Christmas time! 😉👗🎄🥰

I genuinely love what I do as a Slimming World Consultant ❤️. Being able to support people in my community as they build confidence and work towards their goals is so rewarding 🙌! It’s a role that fits around my [lifestyle/family life/kids], and I get the bonus of earning alongside doing something I really care about too 😊.

Last week, while setting up for group in Penzance, I had a listen to this podcast and it blew me away! 🤩
Claire’s story is awe inspiring and I invite everyone to have a listen - it’s not a members only one so you can even ask Alexa to play it! 😄 Just say “Alexa - play me the latest Slimming World podcast”.

Stopping on a road trip has got so much easier this week! Saved one of my Healthy Extra choices for this! 😋 A six inch whole grain sub is now classed as a fibre choice! Woohoo!!! 🥳 Delicious!

This is Vernon who joined my Friday morning group with his good friend Teresa.
Vernon is deaf and struggles with too much reading and writing so we explained the plan to him using more pictures and with Teresa giving him a lot of support in the week.
Fast forward a few months later and Vernon was awarded Man of the Year in the group! He inspires all of us with his can do attitude and his fantastic sense of humour, not to mention his brilliant weight loss!
Slimming World really is for everyone 💞💞 it’s a privilege to see the smiles get wider and the support in action for all my members each week 💞💞
Well done Vernon - you are a star! 🤩 xx
