This week in the Pantry we have been busy hosting garden flower workshops and cooking your supper!

On Tuesday we welcomed a floristry group through the doors. Coffee and cake was a must then we managed to dodge the showers whilst wandering around the Walled Garden. Back to the Pantry we headed to do some hand died bouquets and ofcourse enjoyed a two course vibrant lunch after all the hard work.
I always love watching everyone get into their creative flow whilst they all create completely unique masterpieces!

The end of the week was made up of cooking for the weekly menu and taste testing this week’s chicken and greenhouse grown broccoli bake!

Next week’s menu is now live so don’t forget to get your order in by Monday ⭐️

A weekend of soggy dog walks and private parties!
Eastcoastseafoods Marty Johnston scallops were back on the menu along with Ballytrim reared pork fillet and beetroot brownies with a side of Pantry made cardamom ice cream 😍

Next week’s menu is also live! We have our rather popular rhubarb and custard trifle back in the menu along with greenhouse grown broccoli and chicken bake!

To the Newlyweds 🥂

Last week we had the honour of hosting Jenny and Mark along with their nearest & dearest!

The sun came out to welcome them through the arch in the Austin 7 and the bubbles were popping all day long!
What a celebration we had! 😍

From one woodpecker to another!

Last week Boris came across two little Woodpecker chicks that had fallen out of their nest!

The Mummy woodpecker has made the most incredible nest inside a little hole in a horse chestnut tree! We gave the very hungry chicks some hard boiled egg then dad and Will posted them back up to their nest and thankfully they have decided to stay!

I am on watering duty this week which means an hour each morning in the calming greenhouses.

There won’t be a weekly food menu next week as we have a wedding in the pantry to prepare for anddd we have been tasked with the weighty responsibility of making my little cousin’s wedding dessert for next weekend!

A weekend round up!
On Saturday we hosted the most fabulous bunch of WI ladies!
They spent their Saturday enjoying rhubarb cake, having a garden tour, making flower posies and ofcourse finishing the day off with a two course pantry lunch!

Then this morning and hosted their Soul & Strength retreat at the pantry. After a morning of working out the girls gathered around the ash table for brunch - Ballytrim Pantry style!

A quiet Monday is on the cards for me and if you fancy ordering food this week I have included our menu 😍

Mum and I were up and at it first thing this morning!

We have 27 ladies joining us tomorrow for some pantry cake, a flower arranging workshop and ofcourse a home made lunch!
