But how often do we pause and ask whether these thoughts deserve so much of our energy?

What has been occupying most of your mental space lately, and is it deserving of that attention?
As you journal, approach yourself with curiosity rather than judgement.
Notice what keeps returning to your thoughts.
Is it something you can influence?
Is it something that aligns with your values?
Or is it simply taking up space that could be devoted elsewhere?
Awareness is the first step towards intentional living.
Take a few quiet moments today to check in with yourself and see what emerges.
