Here at JP-Fitness my main goal is to help you build unstoppable momentum within your journey, giving you all the tools you will need for your journey in one place!

Your goal might be to get in the best shape of your life, but my goal is to make sure that you can sustain your transformation for life!

And that’s where progress slows without you even realising it...

You’re in a better place than you were before, but not quite where you want to be.

That middle ground?

Have you let your progress slow you down?

i know this sounds backward but it happens all the time...

At the start, you had urgency as you were chasing something as you showed up with intent and made solid progress…

You look better...

You feel better...

You’re stronger, fitter, more confident...

And without realising it, you ease off...

Not completely…but just enough that you’re no longer pushing forward like you were before.

Because this version of you now feels good, So the drive fades...

The standards drop slightly...

And you settle into this middle ground...

You’re not where you started…But you’re also not where you said you wanted to be.

That’s where progress quietly stalls, and thats not because you have stopped, but because you have stopped chasing...

So ask yourself...

What are you actually working towards right now?

Because if you don’t have something pulling you forward, your current results will start holding you in place as you become comfortable (temporarily) with this new version that rightfully so you are proud of...

This is where you need to reset and reinforce your why...

Set new targets...

Give yourself something that demands more from you...

Because progress should build momentum…Not replace it.

Don’t let “better” stop you from becoming your best.
