They are able to adapt and endure complex conditions using defences and self regulation techniques that have developed and evolved over many years. There is a lot to learn from bee’s and we need to look after them for our own survival. Looking for bee friendly plants for your garden is one way to help support them like crocus, lavender, foxglove, sedum and honeysuckle.
