Any Jivers amongst you?

Wow, I certainly had a giggle last night as Rich and I took our first proper steps on a dance floor 😂😂😂

So we ventured to an enjoyable evening at Waterlooville Community Hall, right by Asda in the town centre. Having run our Man of the Year competition in my Slimming World groups recently, I learned we have a dance teacher amongst us with a gentleman who attends one of my sessions.

Eager to find out more, I was invited to go along and see everything in action myself. I’m so glad I did 👍

There was a really welcoming atmosphere and a community group of all abilities attending. Lots of laughs, plenty of smiles and for us, a few steps learned 💃🕺💃

If you have 2 left feet don’t worry! I promise you’ll be in safe hands. 🙌 There was no pressure at all, just encouragement and support. Could this be something to add in to your Active Lifestyle Programme?

A new month, a new start!

So June is upon us and the days are long and bright 🌞🌤️👍 I really do love the summer 💛

Getting out and about freely, enjoying our coastline, a drink or two in a pub garden, dining al fresco, getting the summer clothes out, bbq time, open air swimming time…so much to look forward to 💖

Sessions are held every Thursday morning at 8, 9.30 and 11am or Thursday evenings at 5.30pm and 7pm Xv

Don’t mind if I do!!!

So I’m visiting one of my lovely Consultants this evening, Slimming World in Denmead and Horndean with Sam. Would you believe that at Food Tasting tonight, one of our members has brought in a mobile bar! All alcohol free!!! 🍹 What a way to end my day!!! Xv

After a great weekend with friends, full of eating, drinking and making memories, today is my day to get back on track! 💪 There’s nothing quite like a morning swim in the sunshine followed by a sausage bagel 🥯 for my well earned breakfast.
I’m back for the sunny and warmer months at Petersfield Lido Today was my first swim of the season but it is to be followed by many more over the summer weeks 💞💖💞 Xv

A Saturday ramble ✅💪👟

After a delicious brunch it was time to get the trainers out again. We’ve seen sunshine and rain, birds and butterflies, sheep, rabbits, a deer, horses and finally a pub 👍 Time for a well deserved pit stop and a cold, well earned, glass of wine! Xv

Active Lifestyle?!!

Well we’ve done our little bit in the local Clanfield Community 💪 Hedges cut by volunteers earlier today (we are super grateful 🙏) and bagged up by me and my man now. We can now see the landscape and fields from my little homely office and our kitchen table. So it’s time to get ready for Badminton 🏸Today is a great stepping out day ❤️ Xv
