Whilst you have your eyes closed, visualise that you are one with the tree, that you are part of this majestic being and allow yourself to relax and welcome all that is around you.

Tears were shed in our home today but you are now at your final resting place with your family and your lovely Prince.

What can one say at such a hard time for a all nation. My heart goes out to the Queen's family. I've been in this country for 15 years and I'm so thankful for all the opportunities and the welcoming that I've received when arriving in the UK.
