Who am I?
I’m Eilis and I’m a reflexology practitioner. I also work as a nurse in a busy clinical environment. Reflexology provides me with a sense of calm and relaxation. It also motivates and recharges me which is so helpful in managing a busy lifestyle.

Everyday I witness the benefits that holistic care has on our overall well being and that’s why I’m so passionate about launching this new service.
