I've been a qualified massage therapist for over 12 years & a senior holistic therapist for the last 5 years, so if you're wondering whether you're in safe hands, the answer is YES. Promise!
I'm absolutely rubbish with technology, so don't expect flashy videos or fancy wellness buzzwords over here. I'd much rather be in a treatment room doing what I love than trying to figure out how to make a TikTok video. The truth is, I don't think you can describe a really good massage. You can explain techniques until you're blue in the face, but that feeling when your shoulders finally drop & your nervous system finally feels safe again? That has to be experienced!
I'm actually a bit obsessed with helping people regulate their nervous system. Life is noisy. In my treatments, you can comfortably
switch off for a while.
My Christian faith keeps me grounded, & although every treatment is tailored to your physical needs, kindness, compassion & serving others are at the heart of everything I do. I'll care for you as a whole person, there will be no waving around of crystals, reading your horoscope or wondering if Mercury is in retrograde! My treatments are based on what your body needs, backed by years of experience!|
