If you or someone you know wants to begin yoga or return after an injury or pain, my one-to-one sessions are designed to support you safely and effectively. Each session is tailored to your needs, helping you move, stretch, and strengthen at your own pace.
Why work with me
I have ten years of experience as a physiotherapist and recent experience in the NHS as a Major Trauma Senior. I work with people recovering from complex injuries including spinal and brain trauma, orthopaedic, cardio-thoracic, and respiratory conditions, often in combination. This clinical experience informs a safe and practical approach to yoga combined with physiotherapy. Your yoga practice may also include gentle hands on therapies, acupuncture, and, of course exercises to work on independently at home!
Why yoga
Injuries affect more than just the body. Yoga is a mind-body practice that can improve range of motion, reduce pain, enhance mobility, and support day-to-day functioning. My sessions take a gradual and gentle approach fully adapted to your unique capabilities.
