Kim stepped her for her first review after starting with us only 3 weeks ago. What a review it was. All Kim’s stats have made great progress with her metabolic age dropping by a whopping 10 years!! Kim has gone from surviving on at least 7 coffees a day with severe bloating to drinking no coffee and no bloating. What a result . Keep up the amazing work Kim and the changes will be amazing 🩷💜

Just look at this incredible review. Gaynor you deserve every bit of your success. You have remained focused and determined, making so many changes to your daily habits and the results speak for themselves. Gaynor’s main focus has been a cruise in May. When she started the plan she had a dress that didn’t fit that she wanted to wear. This is now way to big and gone to charity. New smaller dresses have been bought 😊 Gaynor you will look fabulous 🩷💜
