Wombs are mirrors. They reflect and sync with the women closely around us. Physically. And spiritually.

We've all heard of sisters and best friends menstrual cycles and bleeds syncing. But did you know it goes even further than that...

When we heal our wombs, we heal our mother's, our grandmothers, and our daughters wombs. The work is so sacredly deep it travels back and forth through time, transcending it.

Pregnancy also often syncs.
How many times have you seen sisters, close relatives, or close friends become pregnant around the same time?

It happened to me. Even with half a country between me and my soul sister, our babies were born just 4 weeks apart. Something we knew would happen the day we met. ✨️

It happened to my mum and her best friend, both giving birth to little boys on the same day.

It happened to 2 of my close friends, who were room mates. Their children are now in the same year at school.

Our wombs store and holden hidden scerets, knowledge, and wisdom.

Our inner knowing comes from our wombs.

Our wombs are so much more than we have ever been taught.

Our wombs are magic. Are portals. Our connection to the spiritual realms. An invisible thread connects us. ⚡️

Do not ever doubt the power you hold.
The power of a woman.
The power of the womb.

It's National Poetry Day 💌 so here's one I wrote recently 🐝

If my blood spilt onto this earth
Like it has a thousand times
An offering
A sacrifice
A ritual from my womb
An abundance of flowers would soon bloom
New life
Beginning
Creativity
Rippling
Fertilising the land
As fertile as I am
My blood would not poison snakes
From decades of unfelt rage
I have felt my anger
And the anger of those before me
Uno reversed it
Turned it into power
Sweet sweet nectar
Honey from a bee
Is all that now drips from me
Love
Love
Love
Fertilising the land
Blood dripping from my hand
So my daughters blood
Who will soon grace this earth
Will only ever be
Sweet sweet nectar
Honey from a bee
For she comes from me
And I felt it
Rearranged it
All the rage
the pain
the hurt
So she will N E V E R have to question her worth
Only sweet sweet nectar
Honey from a bee.

Summer is officially over as we mark the first day of Autumn with the Autumn Equinox 🍂

Summer = expectation.
Autumn = contemplation.

Summer = the hustle and bustle of long busy days.
Autumn = soft, slow days, and long cosy nights.

The Autumn Equinox = the balance between these 2 worlds, as for only the 2nd time in a year, the daylight and darkness are equal.
Bringing much needed balance and time for us to begin to slow and turn inwards ⚖️

Autumn is a reminder that letting go is beautiful and much needed for the continued evolution and growth of our soul. 🌀

This is your time to reflect. What are you carrying through this year that doesn't truly serve you, doesnt truly make you feel ALIVE?!

If something makes you feel, meh 🤷‍♀️ its a f**k no. We're only about f**k YEAH'S around here.
The things that set your soul on FIRE 🔥

So ask yourself. What do you need to release?

🏡Old clothes and clutter making your home feel stagnant? To the charity shop they go!

🚬Smoking/vaping and you feel like you can't quit? Yes you f**king can!!! I believe in you!

💤Old habits and routines that feel like a chore? Time to switch things up and bring some passion back into your life!

We are here once. Letting go is just as much apart of this life as welcoming in the new.
We can't have one without the other.

Welcome this beautiful release.
This beautiful time to turn inwards to your soul, rather than facing all your time and energy on the outside world.

You are so important.
You are so powerful.

You are nature. 🍁
