I am aware that slimming world gets some stick online....if I hear one more person mention mashing bananas and bad relationships with food ๐Ÿฅด I may lose my mind haha. For me it has been life changing! Almost 9 stone down! It helped me learn to enjoy food in a balanced way. The thing i love most about group is the people in the group, we all have good weeks and bad weeks but the support is invaluable and we all have each others backs. We're like a little family and I am thankful to them all including our fearless leader Claire Rooke. โค๏ธ I go to Saturday morning class at 9.30 if anyone wants to come along, we'll welcome you into our slimming world family with open arms ๐Ÿค—

So slimming world aye, the one that gets the stick on all social media? What they don't mention is the positive side, the life's there changing, the friends you make, the confidence you gain, the community that help you reach your goals.

I have lost nearly 5 stone on my slimming world journey and yes its hard work but I haven't done this on my own, I have the people in my group every Saturday and help me though the good days and the bad days, the brillant losses and the not so brillant gains.

My slimming world consultant Claire Rooke. She's the one who always brings my back to reality if am finding things hard. My slimming world journey wouldn't be the same without herโค๏ธ

So if you want to gain confidence, meet friends, and reach the goals you want. See you Saturday yeah?
