Nearly two years in and time to introduce more of what we’ve learned about sauna. Three rituals coming in September. All rooted in actual tradition but in our own way. Here’s what’s coming 🌿

Classical leaf whisking with Beth. Known as Pitris in Lithuania, Vihta in Finland. A sauna tradition rooted in centuries of ritual. Mondays in September at Cardiff. 🌿

Willgüss. Based on aufguss rituals Will has experienced in Germany and Copenhagen, but with his own spin on it. Three rounds that build. First settles you. Third gets real. Saturdays in September at Cardiff.
