Looking back the signs have been there from the start🦋

How energy work helped to pull me out of the biggest auto pilot, anxiety spiral of my life🫠

Honestly ive been there,short snappy, irritated with everyone and everything then into coasting through life, just functioning in my day to day. When i look back i actually cant belive how much my body was carrying.

This week im slowing things right down to enjoy half term with my family, and maybe the universe is reminding me to slow down and pause too as i have decided to move my girls night in event due to cancellations🧘‍♀️
