ELK Evolutionmade the FINAL SIX! 🤍✨

I’m honestly so grateful to everyone who nominated ELK Evolution and helped get me this far.

I created these spaces because I know what it feels like to go through dark, challenging and difficult times and desperately need somewhere to feel safe, supported and understood. I wanted to create in our community what I needed back then, for people who are just like me.

I’ve watched people come into these spaces, pause, learn to breathe again and reconnect with themselves. The shifts I’ve seen in the people and women I continue to support humble me every single day.

ELK Evolution means so much to me, and to make it into the final six feels incredibly special. To of been nominated is already a win for me and I’m so grateful.

Thankyou thankyou thankyou for believing in what I’m creating, I’d be so grateful for your vote. 🤍

🌸 A little love for this beautiful woman and her beautiful space 🌸

I really want to take a moment to shine a huge light on Amy and Buddha Duck Studio because this woman has worked SO hard to bring her vision to life, and I honestly think she deserves all the support and love behind it.

Set in the most stunning surroundings at Ivy Dene Farm, Buddha Duck Yoga is one of the most beautiful yoga spaces I’ve had the pleasure of being in. 🌿🌸

It’s peaceful. It’s gorgeous. It’s surrounded by animals. And there is just something about the energy of the whole place that makes you breathe a little deeper and slow down.

And then there’s Amy herself.

Her energy is exactly what you want when you walk into a space like this. Warm, uplifting, genuine, refreshing and welcoming. She has created something that feels so completely her, and you can feel the love and hard work she has poured into it.

And the animal therapy sessions are something else entirely. 🐐🦆🐰🐴

There is so much joy, laughter and connection, but also something incredibly grounding about spending time with the animals in such a peaceful environment. It’s one of those experiences that you really have to feel for yourself.

Whether you’re completely new to yoga or you’ve been practising for years, there is something here for you. From morning movement and Vinyasa, to Yin, restorative practices and animal therapy.

So if you’re local, please go and check this place out.

Book yourself onto a class. Take a friend. Meet Amy. Experience the space. Spend some time with the animals.

And if you can’t get there yourself, you can still help.

Like her page. Follow her. Share her posts. Tell your friends. Spread the word.

Let’s get behind small businesses, women with big dreams and people who are putting their heart and soul into creating something special in our community.

Amy, I genuinely want to see you absolutely THRIVE. You deserve it. 🤍
