In 1933 a novel called “Lost Horizon” by James Hilton was published. It was about a mystical place called “Shangri La” - a sort of Utopia, a place of happiness and contentment, cut off from the world.
The valley that led to Shangri La was called the valley of the Blue Moon.

Counselling does not aim to cut a person off from the real world, but to find a way to live harmoniously in it through the understanding of self.

Blue Moon Counselling may help to guide you, within yourself, to a place of better contentment, if not the mysterious Shangri La….
