When life feels overwhelming, your body often holds onto stress without you even noticing. Progressive Muscle Relaxation is a simple yet effective way to reconnect with your body and calm your mind.

Start at your feet, gently tense each muscle group for a few seconds, then slowly release the tension before moving upwards through your body. Notice the difference between tension and relaxation as you go.

This practice can help:
🌿 Reduce stress and anxiety
🌿 Ease physical tension
🌿 Improve sleep
🌿 Bring you back to the present moment

Remember, even taking just a few minutes for yourself is an act of self care.
