A perfect time of the year to get your body moving; to release tensions from and reconnect to the body through a gentle, yet energising yoga practice.

Hello and Happy New Year!

Below is my timetable of yoga classes in your local area on Thursdays and Fridays.

Each class is gently paced and designed to help us to reconnect with our bodies - away from the 'noise' of the busy mind.

Yes, yoga improves our strength and flexibility but it offers us far more than this; it is a nourishing practice for mind, body and spirit.

When we spend time being fully present in the NOW, we come home to who we truly are.
