I immersed myself in Qi gong training all weekend at Samey ling Monastery, mastering stances, flow work, cultivation of life force Qi, focussing the mind to shift it round the body, raising energy and releasing tension 😊

River Garden Auchincruive is a charity which exists to give people the chance to turn their lives around and leave behind their drug and alcohol addiction through a model of recovery that is refreshingly different.

Class will take place under the tree canopy or shelter if wet in the safety of the walled garden with tea and chat at the Bothy in the grounds of the gardens .

As a survivor of domestic abuse, I feel called to hold this big festival style event locally to raise funds for South Ayrshire women’s aid and looking for women who would like to support women in a safe space 🌳 heal, grow, ground, and step into their power.
